The Los Angeles County Sheriff Division said at a press conference that when he is in February, his speed is limited to 40 miles per hour per hour.  
Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva said on Wednesday that the speed is the main cause of crash on February 23, and the curvature of the road has not been maintained also.  He said that Woods is driving 84 to 87 miles per hour before the crash, and when he hits, he drives about 75 miles. The region is limited to 45 miles per hour.
