Dozens of Maine and New Hampshire complained that officials and social media about the soles after visiting the beaches in the ground, their feet were black, no one can figure out the reason.  
But Maine Agriculture, Protection and Forest Department, Jim Britt, Jim Britt, told New York Times flies that it is likely to blame.
